Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Pipin. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • All accessories and documentation are included

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Please note:

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the buyer’s expense

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs

To process this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pipinsafetyalarms.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence (if applicable)

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a refund or replacement for major faults.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@pipinsafetyalarms.com with your return request.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. Package your item securely and return via a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (unless faulty)

  • Products returned outside the 30-day window (unless under warranty)

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or negligence


Refund Timeframes

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are only refunded for faulty or incorrect items.


Warranty Support

All Pipin devices come with a 12-month limited warranty. For warranty claims outside the return window, please contact us at info@pipinsafetyalarms.com.
