Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
Pipin Safety Alarms is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider or for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or missing, please email us at info@pipinsafetyalarms.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer in-person pickup or local delivery services.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
